Return Policy
1. Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
- Non-Refundability: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Risk of Loss: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Charity Donations & Returns
- Donation Processing: Because donations to charities are processed based on completed sales, returns may affect the final donation amount calculated for that period.
4. Gift Returns
- Refund Destination: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Original Purchaser: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. In these specific cases, we will waive the return shipping requirement and provide a pre-paid label or a direct replacement.
